WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
Presently we sell and support MAXNOMIC gaming chairs in the United States and Canada.


BUT I LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Our European partner, NEEDFORSEAT is located in Germany and serves the European Union. We ourselves are exploring other options for delivery to portions of the western hemisphere but are finding shipping costs are very expensive. If you're willing to pay an extreme amount of money, more than the cost of the chair itself (and perhaps by a factor of two) plus export/import duties and fees, please contact us.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
NEEDforSEAT USA is centrally located to the United States in Columbus, Ohio. From here, much of the nation is reachable by FedEx ground in a very short amount of time. Overnight and second day air options are available, however they are very costly due to the weight of the chairs.

THERE ARE SO MANY CHAIRS TO PICK FROM, WHICH ONE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

HOW DOES MY SEAT ARRIVE?
NEEDforSEAT USA's chairs arrive with easy to follow assembly instructions for our ergonomic gaming and office chairs, including a hex tool. Everything you need arrives at your door in a rather large, but compact package. We inspect every chair in our warehouse just before sending it to you.
